Naveen Kumar KS, a born Kannadiga, who Lives in Bengaluru the IT HUB of India. Done my Masters in Technology (M.Tech) from Allahabad university, and has an overall experience of over 16 years right from a Technical Support Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Corporate trainer, and a Business Analyst.
Currently managing a training company and his passion for training has not diminished, and continuesly engaged as a freelance trainer,catering to the training needs of multinational companies like Apple, FannieMae, Freddie Mac, Publicis Sapient, Infosys, Accenture, HCL, Capgemini, IAAI(USA), Mahindra Comviva, IBM are to mention few.
With my experience of training a huge number of students, employees from various colleges and companies, till date, I have mastered the art of imparting technical skills by analyzing the need and level of understanding of everyindividual and coming down to the level of trainees, making learning simple, fun and a wonderful experience. I started my carrer as technical support engineer, at CLI3L for supporting AOL (UK) in the year 2004 after finishing graduation in Bachelor Of Computer Applications from SJR College, and later moved to Archies as the EDP engineer and was supporting operationsfor south India.
After gaining enough experience, was later associated as a consultant for Infosys Technologies (ENR) conducting technical trainings for various technologies like C, C++, VB, JAVA, J2EE, Oracle and many more. As my vision was always to be the trainer, to be engaged into sharing knowledge, I later moved out of Infosys to join a consultant company who cater for top MNC’s for their learning & Development needs, and was part of the organization as a Lead trainer. Meanwhile also got an opportunity to be associated with Singapore AirLines at NIIT Technologies as Senior Software Engineer.
To continue with my vision of being a technical trainer, where I can combine my technical knowledge with exposure I obtained from various MNC’s, and also being a strong believer of the fact, “that more you share, is more you learn!!” I was then very closely engaged with various colleges in Bengaluru, training Graduate and post graduate students, who are truly called as the future of India, making them ready to be competent to face the challenges and meet the expectations of many corporate organizations. I was also engaged in designing outline for their curriculum syllabus based on corporate expectations.
The passion towards training still continues, now elevated from trainer to practitioner who helps companies, colleges to address there technical need for the right fit. Help various financial, retail, airline institution as their technical advisor and architect.

My skills
Though I started the career as a technical support engineer,the passion for writing programs started way long back in college days, and I've written many applications and have engaged with many companies as a programming has been expertise in java and related frameworks past 6 years.
Have been training people from fresher's to Technical Architects for various countries on the many verticals making people understanding conceptual subjects like Design Patterns, Software Engineering, Agile, SDLC etc and on programming I've done training on basic programming like to C, C++, JAVA to frameworks from HTML and on programming I have done training on basic programming like C, C++,Java to frameworks from HTML and recent UI frameworks like Angular JS,React JS and have done training for over 8000 people in corporate and college sector.
